1. Who is responsible

SIBDENX Digital is operated by two companies. The one that handles your enquiry is responsible for your personal data:

2. What we collect

When you use the contact form: name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), the services you are interested in, a budget range (optional), project details and your message. When you visit the site: your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, recorded automatically by our website host, Wix. Your language choice is saved on your own device.

3. Why we use it

To receive and answer your enquiry, send you an offer, take steps before a contract, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations. 4. Who receives it

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. The site and contact form run on Wix (Wix.com Ltd. and its group companies), which acts as our processor, so your data may be stored on servers outside Serbia and Turkey. We transfer data abroad only with the safeguards required by Serbian and Turkish law. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

For 2 years after our last contact, then we delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires longer.

You can also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
